We designed WEPP to support you because we realised that though there are lots of exercise videos and information sources available online it’s difficult to know which ones are reliable.
So… we designed a programme which provides safe and evidence-based exercise videos and information.
WEPP was designed with input from specialist midwives and physiotherapists, doctors and dietitians so you can be confident that our programme is safe for you and your baby.
We hope that by using WEPP you will feel empowered to look after your health and wellbeing during this important time.
