It is a free exercise programme with something for everybody, including complete beginners. All our resources can be translated into over 100 languages.

Why Should I Exercise?

Exercise in pregnancy has a number of benefits for you and your baby including reduced risk of high blood pressure, reduced risk of gestational diabetes (diabetes caused by pregnancy) and reduced risk of low mood.
