Founder and WEPP Lead, Andrea qualified as a physiotherapist in 2004 and trained as a pregnancy yoga teacher in 2011. She loves running, yoga, comedy and relaxing with family and friends.
Bella is WEPP's Creative Director. She qualified as a physiotherapist in 2004 and has specialised in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy for the last 16 years. She likes surfing, pole fitness, handstand classes, yoga and family holidays.
Maz serves as WEPP's Technical Lead, bringing over 25 years of experience in the digital industry. Her background includes roles at digital and advertising agencies, large corporations and a digital innovation accelerator.
Jasmine has been working as a Pelvic Health physiotherapist for the last 10 years and teaching Pilates for the last 12 years. Her hobbies include cold water swimming, cycling, hiking and English wine making.
Sharon qualified as a midwife in 1988. She is also a qualified yoga teacher and teaches a well-established pregnancy yoga class in the local community. Sharon likes walking, live music, good books and good food.
Cat qualified as a midwife in Ireland in 2019. She trained as a yoga teacher in India in 2018, and has completed training in Pregnancy Yoga and Well-Woman Yoga Therapy since then. She loves travelling, yoga, breathwork, hiking, and all things pregnancy/birth related!
Lynn qualified as a physiotherapist in 1996. She has been a pelvic health physiotherapist for over 20 years and is also an established Pilates teacher. Lynn likes festivals, weekend breaks, yoga and walking her dog.
Georgina qualified as a physiotherapist in 2007 and has been working in Pelvic Health physiotherapy since 2014. Her hobbies include reading novels, going to the cinema and theatre, running and cooking.
Nicole originally qualified as a nurse in 2003 and a midwife in 2005. She went on to qualify as a personal trainer in 2014. When her busy life personal training and working as a midwife allows, Nicole loves to relax with a good book.
Lou is a personal trainer specialising in pre and postnatal exercise. She offers both 1:1 care and exercise classes with a goal of providing a supportive and safe environment and encouraging self-care throughout the pregnancy and postnatal period. Lou believes in being a positive role model for her clients and encourages them to build a healthy relationship with food and exercise, both for themselves and their families. Lou enjoys competitive netball and spending time with her two little girls.
Georgia manages our WEPP social media accounts. She qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2019 and has since specialised in MSK + Pelvic Health. Georgia is also a qualified Pilates instructor. Her hobbies include holidays, going to the gym and spending time with family + friends.
Abby is a professionally trained dancer and Zumba teacher. Her aim is to encourage you to let go and have some fun! When Abby isn’t dancing, she’s singing in care homes and going to watch any theatre she can.
Sara qualified as a physiotherapist in 2000, specialising in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy since 2010. In her spare time she enjoys pottery, cycling, boxing, yoga and cold water swimming.
Catherine qualified as a physiotherapist in 1983 and became a specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist in 1997. She favours a holistic approach to Pelvic Health physiotherapy.
Romy qualified in 2001 and has been working in Pelvic Health for over 22 years, with a mix of NHS, private and team lead work, including 6 years overseas. She has recently started to teach on national Pelvic Health Physiotherapy courses. She enjoys sea swimming, yoga and writing.
Wendy qualified as a physiotherapist in 2006, specialising in pelvic health physiotherapy since 2012. In her spare time she enjoys dog walks, trail running, yoga and family time.
Petra qualified as a midwife in 2010 and has been a Pelvic Health Specialist Midwife for UHSussex since 2023. She loves travelling, mountain climbing and she is fascinated by world cuisine and child psychology.
Lorna started work for the NHS in 1991 as a student nurse, converter to become a midwife and qualifying in 1997. Since becoming a midwife she has had a varied career in both hospital and community settings. She joined the team in 2023 as pelvic health midwife for SRH and WH. Her role has included the development of the perineal clinic, as well as teaching both midwives and service users. In her spare time she loves to read, the cinema and theatre.
Ali qualified as a midwife in 2014 and has specialised in Perinatal mental health and clinical research in the last seven years. She enjoys gardening, the gym and spending time with friends and family.
Louise Qualified in 2006 as a midwife and is currently in post as the specialist mental health midwife. Her passions are in maternal mental health and in her spare time she swims and enjoys walking along the coast and countryside.
Becky has been a specialist diabetes and maternal health dietitian for 6 years. She believes that the best care happens when everyone works together, so was delighted to join the WEPP team! She loves winter walks, folk music, cheese and getting lost in bookshops.
Annie has been working in the NHS since 1985 and is a Nurse, Midwife and Counsellor. She has been a Midwife Counsellor for over 10 years - which she loves. She enjoys walking her two labradors, spending time with family and friends, and loves a nice glass of red!
Kerri qualified as physiotherapist in 2013 and has specialised in Pelvic Health over the last few years. Her hobbies include sea swimming, dinners and dancing with friends, theatre and musicals, and entertaining her boys!
